A rare but very meaningful
opportunity. Getting a picture of a
bride with her cake before the
wedding! This was a divine strawberry
cake, with strawberry mousse filling,
iced in buttercream and adorned with
white chocolate dipped strawberries.
A fountain underneath illuminated it
all!
A sweet celebration for the
big 1!! A giant cupcake
surrounded by smaller
cupcakes topped with candy
butterflies.
Topsy turvy can even work
for weddings! This cake
was adorned with
handmade candy clay
leaves reflecting the colors
of fall.
Not a traditional wedding cake, the
bride and groom wanted to
acknowledge the union of their different
backrounds. He is from America while
she hails from Belarus.
Another tough, young client. My 8
year old daughter wished to have
butterflies on her cake that of
course everyone got to eat! A
marbled vanilla and red velvet
cake iced in colored buttercream
Everything except the candles
were edible.
One of my toughest clients, my 4 year old
daughter! Big Dora fan, was very specific
with what she wanted. The hat seen was
100% edible, made with candy chocolate
and design hand piped.
The quality of the following pictures are a little compromised as they were taken several
years ago and it was actual prints that were scanned and uploaded.
Every aspect of this easter basket cake is edible. The shimmer seen is from dusting with
shimmer dust for added effect.

These 4 pictures are some from a wedding on August 6th. I assisted in planning, day of
coordination, and also did the cake.
The cake was a white cake, filled with a spread of buttercream icing and topped with
strawberry preserve. The cake was covered in whipped white chocolate ganache.
Truly custom created! The client was celebrating her 30th birthday and requested a cake to
replicate the napkins being used at her party. On the right were the petit four style mini cakes
she ordered for the tea party/luncheon of her day long celebration!
