Becoming increasingly popular, this was a
wonderful cupcake reception! Placed on a
stand and dessert plates, these were yellow
cupcakes with a surprise chocolate mousse
filling simply iced in buttercream. The
cupcakes were topped with calla lilies
provided by the client. An extra personal
touch, the cupcakes were baked in gold
cups.
Simple but colorful cake! Lovely
almond cake filled with fresh sliced
strawberries and iced in
buttercream. The client chose to
have the cake and table decorated
with faux hydrangeas.
Long before they are married, little
girls deserve personal cakes too!
To celebrate her 3rd birthday, this
young lady received a cake with the
popular character Angelina
Ballerina, her favorite!
Another simple touch to make a
cake elegant and personalized.
This cake had a double ribbon
wrapped around in the colors of the
wedding. The ribbon was "meshed"
into the cake with a beaded border
on the top and bottom. The topper
was created on site using real roses
and rose petals.
Another great way to add color,
changing the thoughts that wedding
cakes can only be white! Simple
scrollwork added to the sides of the
cake make it colorful and elegant. The
topper was created onside using real
roses and rose petals used to
decorate the table.
A BMW racing fan as well as a new doting dad,
this birthday cake was created to acknowledge
both of these facts. Instead of BMW, the
recipients initials were used as well as altering
BMW's slogan.

florist, loose, and arranged onsite by SnS.
A chocolate lovers dream! This was a chocolate
cake filled with dark chocolate ganache and
covered with dark chocolate candy clay. You
can see that it provides a similar look to
fondant, but with a different taste. The pink
was also a clay, the bows set at an angle to
draw the eye around. The cake was finished
onsite with 3 very full and beautiful roses.
A simple cake turned elegant with just a few touches. A classic
yellow cake with a delicious and light strawberry mousse filling
iced in buttercream. These 4 tiers were taken to new heights with
the addition of the fountain and 5 inch pillars between the layers.
A wonderful 4 tier almond cake. Dense, but rich in taste, each layer included a very thin spread of buttercream icing then covered in fresh sliced strawberries. The entire cake was iced in whipped white chocolate ganache with the design piped in bittersweet chocolate. A subtle accent was created with gold luster dust. Top was real roses, created impromptu on the spot!
This couple afforded me the honor of creating an addition to their dessert buffet. 100 creamy coffee flavored dark chocolate truffles. A pleasure to work with!

The ever trusty yellow cake and fresh strawberry combination. The buttercream icing was tinted with a very subtle hint of pink before being adorned with wide brown ribbon. Fresh pink roses, courtesy of Richey's Florist, finished off this cake as did fresh rose petals and votives on the cake table.

Fresh yellow cake and raspberry preserve filling make this cake a classic satisfaction. After being iced in buttercream, a candy clay drape was placed from the top to the bottom of the cake. The cake was completed with fresh cut red roses.
